Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre (HILAC)
Description
The Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre is a state of the art facility that provides community access to an array of sports and leisure facilities.
The centre includes an eight lane, heated, 25 metre indoor pool, gym, stadium, tennis courts, and aquatic programs offered to babies aged from six months to senior citizens over 60 years. Programs include Swim and Survive (categorised as Wonder, Active and Courage), the Bronze Rescue as well as Adult Swim Education. Private swim lessons are also available. All aqua programs are conducted by qualified instructors.
HILAC also features a fully equipped gym that offers the best for fitness enthusiasts by creating tailor-made programs and group exercise programs.
Other facilities include a multi-purpose stadium for events, table tennis area, squash facilities as well as a meeting space. This is a family friendly facility with a crèche on site alongside a host of social facilities. Other services provided include Stay Residential After School Care as well as access to different sporting clubs.
