headspace Portland is a free youth-friendly counselling service for young people aged 12-25 years. We can help if you are going through a difficult time, or just want someone to talk to. We can also support you with referrals to other services if needed, including youth drug and alcohol services, youth homelessness services, family and relationship support and general physical health
